TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

 

⏳ Turnaround Time
Completion time for artwork may vary depending on the complexity of your request and my current workload. On average, most pieces are completed within 2 to 6 weeks. Delays may occur. I will clearly communicate updates as needed if any changes to my typical time frame were to occur. 

 

💬 Communication & Conduct
Please communicate clearly and respectfully. I do not tolerate toxic or aggressive behavior. Rude conduct may result in cancellation of your commission without a refund.

 

✏️ Revisions

• Sketch Phase: Small revisions are welcome at this stage!

• Post-Sketch: Any changes requested after the sketch phase may incur an additional fee or be declined at my discretion. Please ensure you're happy with the sketch before giving final approval.

 

💸 Payment

• Full payment is required upfront to reserve your slot and begin work.

• Payment plans are accepted, but no work will begin until the full amount has been received.

 

🚫 Usage & Rights

• The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, and may not be resold, minted as an NFT, or used commercially in any way.
